Justin Heritage Foundation Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date and Time: January 20, 2026
Meeting Location: Virtual, Contre Property Management
The meeting was called to order and presided over at 5:07 pm by Glenda Garrett president.
Officers in attendance: Carla Rotmans, Kelli Thielemann, Glenda Garrett, Jennifer Green
Officers absent: none
Voting Members in Attendance: Rich Garrett, Tomas Mendoza
Non-Voting members in attendance: Jeremy Hill
Minutes from the previous meeting on December 9, 2025 were approved as read.
I. Consideration and Action of Agenda Items
Foundation price updated to $34,406

Need to clean out house and move to storage, set a date

GL Hunt, need to ask about payment terms, and when they can start.
Social Media Posts need to be created for awareness. Need to create letters to past donors.
Insurance Update, still working on getting an updated contract.
Casino Night 8/29/26 date, Theme needs to be decided, put it out to the members page, and needs to start planning it.
Proposed Day of the Week Change, from Tuesday to Thursday. All members in attendance were in agreement. Will post to the members page.
