Justin Heritage Foundation Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date and Time: October 14, 2025
Meeting Location: Virtual, Contre Property Management
The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm by Glenda Garrett, and was presided over by president Glenda Garrett.

Minutes from the previous meeting on September 9, 2025 were approved as read.
I. Consideration and Action of Agenda Items
Discussion followed on ways to maximize public attention for current projects, including a time-lapse video idea to showcase progress.
Plans were confirmed for the annual Trunk or Treat event on October 31, with scheduled for setup at 5:00 PM. Candy donations will be coordinated through Texas Patina, The Country Faucet, or Glenda Garrett.
An update on foundation repairs was presented. Four companies were contacted, two provided bids, one responded but has not yet sent a bid, and one has not responded. Future storage needs were discussed, with possible use of outdoor space.
The financial update reflected a current balance of $38,500.
There was also discussion about collaboration with the Nash Farms group for potential foundation work, who have they used in the past?
Jennifer Green will coordinate the Market and Holiday Market events.
Historic projects were briefly discussed, focusing on identifying who would pioneer and oversee specific initiatives. The same question was raised for the upcoming newsletter to determine leadership responsibility.
