Justin Heritage Foundation Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date and Time: November 18, 2025
Meeting Location: Virtual, Contre Property Management
The meeting was called to order at 5:07 pm by Jennifer Green, and was presided over by Secretary Jennifer Green.
Officers in attendance: Carla Rotmans, Kelli Thielemann, Glenda Garrett, Jennifer Green
Officers absent: none
Voting Members in Attendance:
Non-Voting members in attendance: Chrissa Hartle, Jeremy Hill
Minutes from the previous meeting on October 14, 2025 were approved as read.
I. Consideration and Action of Agenda Items
Grass Monkey Mowing -
The Board reviewed the Grass Monkey mowing agreement, noting the monthly cost of $100. A motion to approve the use of the Grass Monkey mowing was made by Glenda Garrett and seconded by Kelli. The motion was approved unanimously.
Storage Container Purchase -
The Board discussed the purchase of a storage container from Brookson builders for $1,200 and noted that the container needs to be moved from its location. Kelli Theileman will work with all american towing for moving. A motion to approve the storage container purchase was made by Glenda Garrett and seconded by Carla Rotmans. The motion passed unanimously. It was also noted that a final meeting with the City will determine permit requirements.
Casino Night Date-
The Board discussed the Casino Night event date and reviewed the school calendar to identify potential conflicts. Consideration was given to shifting the event to a fall date to better align with community schedules.
