Justin Heritage Foundation Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date and Time: December 9, 2025
Meeting Location: Virtual, Contre Property Management
The meeting was called to order and presided over at 5:00 pm by Glenda Garrett president.

Minutes from the previous meeting on November 18, 2025 were approved as read.
I. Consideration and Action of Agenda Items
Storage container update provided by Kelli Thelieman. The container was purchased and All American Towing has agreed to relocate the container for us.
The Christmas Market update was provided by Jennifer Green. $1540 total raised, $1325 in booths, $172.50 Donations, $42 merchandise
Insurance paperwork was submitted by Jennifer Green, waiting to hear back from the broker.
Discussed quotes around foundation repair. Motion to approve GL Hunt for repair of foundation was submitted by Carla Rotmans, and seconded by Kelli Theileman. Motion approved unanimously.
Rich and Glenda are planning a day to hang Christmas decorations at the Gaston House.
